Classic signs
- Intense thirst and dry mouth
- Frequent urination (including at night)
- Increased hunger
- Unintentional weight loss
Suggestive signs
- Unusual fatigue
- Blurred vision
- Recurrent infections
- Slow-healing wounds
- Tingling or numbness in feet or hands
