Type 2 diabetes is the most common form in adults. Blood glucose may rise gradually, so symptoms can be mild or absent for a long time.

- Frequent urination and constant thirst
- Increased hunger and fatigue
- Tingling in feet or hands
- Recurrent infections and slow-healing wounds
- Blurred vision
